Caffyns Accident Management is a service that will look after you and your vehicle in the unfortunate event of an accident.

If you have the misfortune to be involved in an accident, all you have to do is call our special telephone number - after you have alerted the relevent emergency authorities - and our accident management team will provide you with a one stop shop for your post accident needs:

• If your car is not roadworthy we will recover it from anywhere in mainland UK and return it to one of our accident repair centres
• We will call your insurance company and advise them that we are your repairer
• We will generate estimates; obtain insurance company authorization and handle every aspect of your claim for you
• Then your car will be expertly repaired by our fully-trained craftsmen

If the accident was not your fault:

• We can also arrange for you to hire a car of at least the same model and specification as yours (free of charge - with the costs recovered from the fault party) and handle the recovery of any uninsured losses such as a policy excess.

We can't promise that an accident won't happen, but if one does we'll be here to make sure you and your vehicle are looked after with the care and attention you deserve, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
